Your Mission at Alegra 🚀
Lead the architecture, optimization, and global scaling of Alegra’s revenue engine.
This role goes far beyond traditional sales leadership — you will design a high-velocity, tech-driven, data-powered commercial system that integrates Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Automation, AI, and GTM execution.
Your mission is to ensure predictable, efficient, and scalable revenue growth across all markets. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, Growth, and Customer Success to build a commercial operation that is measurable, automated, and globally replicable.
What Will Be Your Challenges? 🎯
• Design, optimize, and operate Alegra’s global sales funnel end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and predictable growth.
• Build and monitor core SaaS revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, Payback, NRR, cycle time, revenue per headcount) through strategic dashboards in partnership with Data.
• Implement advanced automations, workflows, CRM optimization, integrations, and AI-based conversational agents to increase conversion and productivity.
• Lead the global commercial and GTM strategy: pricing, segmentation, ICP, inbound/outbound models, partners, and international expansion frameworks.
• Scale acquisition channels (direct, inbound, outbound, partners, resellers) with a strong focus on efficiency and automation.
• Diagnose structural bottlenecks in the funnel and execute hands-on solutions based on data and experimentation.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data, and Customer Success to strengthen acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, elevating execution standards and building accountability.

What Do We Expect from You?
Technical Competencies
• 5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Growth leadership roles within SaaS companies.
• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, automation, CRM optimization, and SaaS metrics.
• Strong ability to design and execute commercial strategies based on data, experimentation, and operational efficiency.
• Hands-on mastery of CRM systems, automated workflows, AI applied to sales, and analytical tools.
• Advanced command of SaaS revenue modeling (CAC, LTV, cohorts, payback, forecasting, productivity models).
• Advanced English level.
