We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to scale Alegra’s global sales operation with a strong growth mindset. This isn’t a traditional sales role — it requires a high-impact manager who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leads large teams with focus and autonomy, and masters the SaaS sales funnel end to end.
Your mission will be to design, execute, and optimize a global sales strategy that drives predictable and sustainable growth. You’ll connect vision with execution through data, automation, and technology — maximizing revenue, conversion, and international expansion while strengthening Alegra’s impact across markets.
What Will Be Your Challenges?
- Design and execute a global sales strategy across all markets, building and optimizing the end-to-end funnel for efficiency, scalability, and predictable growth.
- Define, measure, and optimize key commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, sales cycle time, etc.), ensuring real-time monitoring through strategic dashboards in collaboration with the Data team.
- Lead and empower a multidisciplinary sales team of over 80 people, fostering autonomy, focus, and results.
- Design and implement automation flows and AI-assisted sales processes.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Partners, Data, and Customer Success teams to improve funnel performance and conversion rates.
- Scale acquisition and distribution channels, including outbound, inbound, partners, resellers, and new business models.
- Define pricing and segmentation strategies aligned with the company’s global expansion goals.
- Take an active, hands-on role in operations — identifying bottlenecks, diagnosing challenges, and implementing practical solutions.
Success Indicators:
- Sustained growth in MRR/ARR and international expansion.
- Controlled CAC and increasing LTV.
- Significant improvement in conversion rates across all funnel stages.
- Shorter sales cycle time.
- Improved commercial efficiency (revenue-to-headcount ratio).
- Successful scaling of AI-driven processes and automation.
- Improved satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) related to the sales process.

Technical Competencies
- 5+ years leading sales teams in SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of scalable startup operations.
- Advanced analytical skills and deep knowledge of key revenue metrics.
- Experience designing and executing data-driven and automated sales strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, automation tools, AI, and analytics.
- Advanced English level (professional fluency).

- Skilled in building processes from scratch and scaling operations effectively.
- Familiarity with omnichannel and sales automation models.

Your First Year at Alegra
- 0–3 Months: Funnel diagnosis, team and process assessment, and performance audit.
- 4–6 Months: Implementation of automation systems, optimization of sales channels, and process improvements.
- 7–12 Months: Global scaling, AI adoption, and development of new commercial growth models.
