Your Mission at Alegra 🚀
You will be responsible for leading and optimizing Alegra’s revenue strategy, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. You will oversee the areas of Revenue, Sales, Growth, Strategic Relationships, Customer Experience, and Country Managers, aligning each team’s efforts with the company's global vision.
This role requires both a strategic and operational approach to drive new monetization opportunities, optimize commercial performance, and strengthen relationships with customers and strategic partners.
What Will Be Your Challenges?
- Define and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with Alegra’s growth objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate key business areas (Sales, Growth, Customer Experience, Country Managers, and Strategic Relationships), ensuring integration and efficiency.
- Optimize pricing models and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and product competitiveness across different markets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for market expansion and consolidation.
- Drive automation and the use of technology in commercial processes to improve efficiency and revenue predictability.
- Monitor and interpret commercial and financial performance indicators to make data-driven decisions.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to enhance Alegra’s ecosystem of solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure growth strategies are viable and scalable.
- Lead multicultural and cross-functional teams in a remote environment, fostering collaboration and high performance.

What Do We Expect from You?
Education
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- MBA or certifications in Revenue Growth, Go-to-Market Strategies, or Business Analytics.
Experience
- At least 5 to 8 years of leadership experience in revenue, sales, or growth roles within SaaS or tech companies.
- Proven expertise in Revenue Operations, Pricing, Business Intelligence, and Growth Strategy.
- Background in developing go-to-market strategies and international expansion.
- Experience leading teams in remote and multicultural environments.
- Knowledge in structuring OKRs and commercial KPIs.
- Background in using tools like CRM, data analysis, and process automation.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of Revenue Operations, Pricing & Monetization, and Growth Strategy methodologies.
- Understanding of revenue prediction models and customer retention strategies.
- Experience in structuring and analyzing commercial and financial data.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technology applied to revenue management.
What Will Your First Year Look Like?
At 6 Months:
- Implementation of a revenue strategy aligned with Alegra’s growth objectives.
- Diagnosis and optimization of commercial and pricing processes.
- Consolidation of leadership in the areas under your responsibility.
- Generation of actionable insights based on data to support strategic decision-making.
At 12 Months:
- Revenue scaling and consolidation of expansion strategies in key markets.
- Optimization of the revenue structure with predictable and scalable models.
- Development of new monetization sources and key strategic alliances.
- Integration of technology and automation into revenue and sales processes.
